A few years ago I started making cakes for friends. The business has grown into Cake Modern and on this website you'll find a selection of the cakes I have created.

From concept to consumption each cake is baked, designed, hand-crafted and painted by me to suit the individual or the occasion. Described as 'works of art' I like to think they taste as good as they look too!
